General Warranty Policy

• All new carts, utilities, and hardware purchased from InGolf & Utility are covered by a manufacturer warranty for a certain period.
• This period is generally one year unless otherwise specified (see link for detail).
• If unsure, please contact InGolf & Utility for verification on your warranty terms.
• All warranty terms are outlined on your invoice.

New Product Warranties

• New Golf Carts: Carry a limited manufacturer’s warranty of four years.
• New Utility Vehicles: Carry a limited manufacturer’s warranty of three years.

Preowned Product Warranties

• Preowned Golf Carts:
  • If less than four years in age: Come with the balance of the original four-year manufacturer warranty.
  • If older than four years: Do not come with a warranty.
• Preowned Utility and ATV Vehicles:
  • If less than three years in age: Come with the balance of the original three-year manufacturer warranty.
  • If older than three years: Do not come with a warranty.

Extended Warranty Option for Preowned Carts & Utilities

• Depending on the age and price of the preowned cart or utility, the warranty can be extended to six months.
• This may be discussed at the time of purchase.
